I’m still in the beer bread subject. I’m honestly in love with it. And since my friends know that I like breakfast, they quite often ask what I had in the morning. I can answer beer and it makes me happy as a child.

You will need:
- white onion, sliced
- oregano, diced
- worcestershire sauce
- salt & pepper
- cheddar cheese
- dijon mustard
Heat an olive oil on a frying pan, add onions and sauté until they begin to wilt, then add a pinch of salt and pepper, oregano and a couple splashes of worcestershire sauce. Reduce heat to medium low and cover. Cook covered until onions become soft.
Spread the mustard on one slice of beer bread, place desired amount of cheese , then onions and top with another slice of cheese and bread.
On a frying pan grill both sides of your sandwich on a butter.
