I’m in Zakopane for almost a week now and since the first day I’ve been on the oscypek’s diet. The whole truth is, I like it so much, that I need to eat it at least once per day, but usually much more. I can hardly imagine how my body will react after I left this city. It will be a big , big shock :)
If you have a chance to get oscypek somewhere in your city, maybe in a polish store, try it fried on a pan with a teaspoon of cranberries. It tastes simply amazing.
