I’ve started to attend Bikram Yoga sessions again. I wasn’t planning on doing it, not at all I must say. You ask why? I did it 2 years ago for a month and each time (I was there over 20 times) I thought I was dying. Seriously, I could not breath, I could not walk or talk. It was hard. Now you may have a new question - why the hell would I do it again?! The answer is simple - I’m cold. I’m so cold that I need to go there. Don’t understand me wrong, I love winter but this year it seems my body can’t handle it. 40 degrees for 1,5h can be a blast from time to time.
After a session I feel like coming back from a volleyball game on a beach and I need a nice refreshing drink, that is full of vitamins and will make me sing. I made one. Try it yourself. I made mine in a blender and it was thick and delicious.
You will need:
- 2 pears, cut in small pieces
- 1 cucumber, cut in small pieces
- handful fresh mint
- ½ cup mineral water
Place everything in a blender and shake it baby!
