It made my day. I had eaten baked oatmeal before, but never as good as this one. I mixed oats with roasted strawberries and bananas, it had an influence on a taste. Hazelnut milk and coconut milk helped as well. But I think that a chai tea made the trick. I found an original recipe on Family Fresh Cooking blog and I must tell you that it is a family recipe. But with this quantity I am glad that my family contains only 2 people. Thanks to it I did not have to share it :D If I’ll ever make it for more people, I’ll double or triple the ingredients. It was that good.
