There are mornings so hectic that you don’t have time to make a breakfast or to eat it. There are mornings when you feel like something fast, so you grab a banana or an apple. If you know that next  morning will be just like it, this is what you can do. Make a smoothie that is full of vitamins the night before, refrigerate it and drink in a morning. It’s a nice replacement for an apple of yogurt. And despise arugula, it taste great. I’ve found this recipe on The New York Times website and I believe they know their stuff. I have this periods in my life when I decide to be super extra healthy, stop eating sugar (I love you!) and to concentrate on a good stuff. Spinach, banana and peanut butter smoothie
