Green smoothie with pear, arugula and ginger

There are mornings so hectic that you don’t have time to make a breakfast or to eat it. There are mornings when you feel like something fast, so you grab a banana or an apple. If you know that next morning will be just like it, this is what you can do. Make a smoothie that is full of vitamins the night before, refrigerate it and drink in a morning. It’s a nice replacement for an apple of yogurt. And despise arugula, it taste great. I’ve found this recipe on The New York Times website and I believe they know their stuff.
