I’m not crazy for kitchen gadgets. I usually don’t have them. I got my first kitchen mixer one year ago, so not too fast. But there are things I really want to have, like Chemex (I love it) or an iron pan. After a long time of wanting (I told you, I’m not too fast) I got my first iron pan. It is heavy, perfect for two and very pretty. I went through hundreds of recipes and finally I ended up on Donna Hay’s site. I found this amazing recipe including mozzarella, mushrooms, rosemary and the iron pan.

I had an amazing experience in one of the Amsterdam’s cafes. I went there for a coffee during ones of these foggy days (yes, we have a Twilight Zone over here) and just because the place was too cosy to leave, I’ve ordered a snack as well. Simple tortilla with camembert and honey, and OMG it is tasty! I’ve decided to recreate it at home with a bit of change.

Spinach and cheddar muffins

I went on a market yesterday and found an amazing leafs of a spinach. I had to buy them (since I love the taste of spinach) and figure out how to use it. While I was looking for an inspiration, Food Beam blog was very helpful, and I’ve started to bake muffins. It must be delicious, because Tomasz had six of them at once (again!).
