Spinach, banana and peanut butter smoothie

Few days ago we were so excited about upcoming Easter and all the delicious food we made. And now most of you probably wish you didn’t eat that much. I do for sure! I’m so full but so happy with my full belly, hahaha.

Homemade peanut butter

The simplest spread you can do, the only things you need are peanuts, vanilla stick, food processor and patience. If you have a raw nuts roast it in the oven (175C) until nicely golden, then cool it and shred in a food processor or blender. Add a chopped vanilla stick or two and shred, shred, shred until it will be nicely watery.

I’m ashamed to admit it, but I’ve discovered banana bread definitely too late, when I moved to Sydney few years ago. I was shocked that you can mix bread with bananas and that it tastes delicious in such a strange form. Since then I bake it from time to time and serve with everything that possible on it. Peanut butter and strawberries, orange, but my favorite way is to heat it on a pan with a bit of butter. Wow, I love banana bread!
