Last week I spent in Warsaw, where I’ve been celebrating a birthday of my friend Asia, yes, we did it a whole week. And now I miss my friends even more. As a part of surprise we’ve made a birthday breakfast that contained prosciutto, rucola, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, a little bit of an olive oil and delicious toast. Winter may be not the best period for a breakfast photography, especially when you need to leave apartment early in the morning. Sun is too lazy nowadays and doesn’t want to borrow me some light. Amsterdam starts to get crazy and show a winter face. It’s so windy that it’s sometimes hard to bike around! We have busy days with Mr T and I love it.

It’s still raining but I’ve decided not to give up and fight the weather with a good breakfast. I had some asparagus in a fridge (don’t ask why) and I just had to use it. Since I love eggs in the morning, I just had to add one more ingredient to create something delicious. I chose prosciutto and it was a good decision. You need to try it! Just cook asparaguses, fry eggs and connect it with prosciutto. It works great!
