Prosciutto, rucola, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella and toast = breakfast with friends

Last week I spent in Warsaw, where I’ve been celebrating a birthday of my friend Asia, yes, we did it a whole week. And now I miss my friends even more. As a part of surprise we’ve made a birthday breakfast that contained prosciutto, rucola, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, a little bit of an olive oil and delicious toast. And if you want it to taste even better, add a bunch of cool people.
