It was a small thing. We got up, took a shower, made sandwiches and a fruit water and we left. We did not go far, just downstairs. It was warm, sunny, we were sitting on our sweaters and talking. Sandwiches were good, made on a sourdough bread. But what was very refreshing and a good idea to do, was a fruit water. I took an old bottle, placed some frozen berries inside, pour sparkling water and that was it. Great taste, we’ve finished the bottle. I like this small things that make my day.
I think that this water could be a hit on picnic as well.
You will need:
- frozen berries
- sparkling water
- agave syrup (optional)
As I wrote above, place fruits in a bottle, pour sparkling water and it’s ready. You can add a tablespoon of agave syrup if you like it sweet. You can also add ice, but it will be already cold.
Enjoy, Marta
You had a nice little picnic outside. That’s nice. :)I’ve seen this berry water stuff when I go to the doctor and always wondered about it, but I wasn’t brave enough to try it. But if you like it, then I’ll have to try!
Beautiful. This sounds and looks perfect for the recent weather here in London. The sun has been dictating my appetite!
Deliciousness! I love how spontaneous this whole experience feels 🙂
Gorgeous! I could drink this water all day long!
Oh Marta, I love your photography! Love the story telling shots. ANd this berry water is a brilliant idea. I need to get sparkling water as it’s been out for a few days already. I’m going to give it a try very soon!

Looks like non-alcoholic sangria, sort of. Yum!
