Spirulina is so healthy, that I will add it to porridge and overnight granola and so many more.
Friday means that the weekend is almost here and it also means that it’s a fifth colour of the rainbow kind of a day – day blue. If you feel blue, make a blue cocktail today and it will make you feel pink. Hopefully the feeling will stick around till the pink Sunday.
It was the first time I used spirulina and it’s because I need something blue. This thing is so healthy, that I will add it to porridge and overnight granola and so many more. And the cool thing – kids do not like green, but they definitely do like blue!
Have a lovely weekend!
YOU WILL NEED:
- 1 cup thick yoghurt (may be soy yoghurt)
- 1 banana
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tsp blue spirulina
Enjoy, Marta
I have never seen blue spirulina. Green yes…blue, no. Certainly makes a beautiful breakfast drink along with the coconut milk and yogurt. Blueberries also sound like a great addition.

love the colour of it!!!

Thank you! It’s all blue spirulina 😀
Is there anything that can replace the coconut…want to make this for my friend however she is allergic to coconut…any suggestions?
