Let’s talk about easy breakfasts. Or not. Just make chia pudding.
You will need:
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 mango
- fruits of your choice
Mix almond milk and honey. Place chia seeds and a milk mix in a bowl, cover with a foil and leave in a fridge overnight. In a morning peal mango, cut out the stone and place in shaker to make puree. Place some of it in a bowl with pudding and add fruits.

Chia pudding can be kind of dull but mango puree appears to be a great antidote. Great idea 🙂
