I drank about 2 liters of thai tea today. I have a tasty recipe, but unfortunately it did not want to look good on pictures. As 2 litres is enough for a day, I’ll try tomorrow again.
Today was a day full of excitement. I met with Jessica from Best wishes from Berlin Magazine and we had a lovely chat. If everything goes as planed, my story will be listed there tomorrow as well. So if you’d like to know a little bit more about me, that’s a place to look 🙂 The hardest part was me being photographed. I love to take pictures of people, I covered quite a few weddings, lifestyle sessions and portraits. But when I’m on another side of the lense, I can not get rid of a very specific and not very natural smile, hahaha. You’ll see by yourself.
To relax before the meeting I made a sweet breakfast from a recipe listed on What Katie Ate blog (you know it, don’t you). Sweet breakfast is always a good choice, when you want to concentrate on something else yet delicious.
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup whole grain flour
- ¼ cup dark cocoa powder
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 & ¼ cup of milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- lemon zest from 1 lemon
- pinch of salt
- cherries
Heat your oven to 180*C. Place all the ingredients except for cherries in a bowl and mix, until everything will be nicely combined. Grease a skillet or a baking form with a butter and place pitted cherries on a bottom. Carefully pour your mixture over it and bake for about an hour.
Enjoy, Marta
