You will like this one, I’m sure I do. You can prepare the crepes in the evening and just wrap it in the morning. Salmon and a cream cheese is nice not only on a bagel you know 🙂
You will need (for 4):
- 130g flour
- 1 egg
- ½ cup milk
- 1 & ½ cup warm water
- 50g unsalted butter, melted
- smoked salmon
- cream cheese
- handful chives
- 1 lemon to serve
In a bowl mix flour, egg, milk, water and melted butter. Leave the mixture for about 30 minutes in a room temperature. Heat a 30 cm frying pan and grease the bottom with a bit of the butter. Pour in the mix to reach around 3mm deep and fry on each side until golden.
Remove from the heat, spread some cream cheese over it, put as much salmon as you like and sprinkle with the chives. Wrap it and squeeze some lemon over.
