One week ago I kept complaining about a lack of snow. You should look outside my window today, it’s totally white and it keeps coming. What scares me is that I like to play in snow too much, and it’s hard to concentrate on what’s important. And there’s plenty to do. I need to pack, think of the way of saying goodbye to Rysiek and make a list of must see/go/do places in San Francisco. Thank you so much for all your tips. I write everything down and can’t wait to check them out.
In the morning I have a quiet time, just for myself. I sit in my kitchen with a cup of a fresh coffee, listen to the music and it’s my favorite part of a day. Today it was a bit different. Mr T. woke me up with a cup of coffee. How great is it?! And I made him something good as well – cups made out of a pizza dough with pesto, mozzarella and vegetables. It is very easy to prepare and tastes great. You can use this recipe for a dough or use the ready one. I assure you, it’s worth trying. So simple and so tasty.
You will need:
- pizza dough
- cucumber
- pesto
- cherry tomatoes
- mozzarella
- salt and pepper
As I wrote, you can use this recipe to make a dough. Place it in a greased forms and bake for about 10-12 minutes in 220*C. When it cools down, spread it with pesto and place inside mozzarella, tomatoes, cucumber and if you like avocado or capsicum – use it as well. Season with salt and pepper for taste.
Enjoy, Marta
