Egg in a basked is a kind of fried egg, but tastes much better, when backed in a bread. I am sure you have all the ingredients in your kitchen, so grab it and make it!
What you need is two slices of bread, a bit of butter, two eggs, some grated cheddar and parsley.
Now, heat some butter in a small pan, cut boards of a bread and brush it with the butter. Put it in a muffin form and bake in 170 C for about 8 minutes.
The next step will be to put cheddar on a bottom of each cup and crack one egg into each of them. Bake for about 8-10 minutes. On the end sprinkle with some chopped parsley and it’s ready!
