Fried Sausage with Mozzarella

My holidays has just started. I’m in a beautiful town of Wrocław with an amazing people. They gave me a plum wine, the best sushi I’ve ever eaten, bottle of wine next to the river in a spot with a perfect view on a city’s lights plus all the crazy stories you can handle for one night. The first day of my break may be actually the best of all the trip, for sure have a chance.

The only thing I could do is a hung over breakfast for them (and no, of course we don’t have a hung over!). Fried sausage with mozzarella…delicious, especially with a polish cucumber on a side. 

Just fry the sausage, put a few slices of mozzarella on top and cover the frying pan so it will melt.
