When sun is shining, temprerature hits 18*C you’ll need a strenght of 100 horses to keep me at home. It looks like I’m not alone in it — it was almost a miracle I managed to find a spot for my picknic blanket in the huge Westerpark. Looks like suddenly everyone else is in the same mode.
I’m not sure if you have weekends when you want to do everything at once, starting with a trip to a beach, having dinner with friends, perhaps even two, renovating rooftop terrace and suntanning in the park with a coffee and scone. I may proudly say, I’ve done it! My face is no longer pale, it’s nicely tanned with first rays of spring sun, my new blouse is riddled with pieces of wood, sofa covered in red wine spills, but I feel that I am alive.
I was grabbing breakfasts in town, while biking fast to catch a train, but still, I managed to make something that will hopefully keep me a company throughout this spring and summer seasons — a green tea mixed with a fresh (or frozen) strawberries. It’ll give you energy for warm spring and summer days and believe me, it is nicely refreshing! You can add a bit of sugar or agave nectar to make it a bit sweeter, however it’s not a must, for me it’s good as it is.
Enjoy, Marta

Hahaha, I made this with black tea (that’s all I had), blackberries, strawberries and a teaspoon of sugar. Then I blended it together in the mixer, let it get cold in the freezer and took it out and it tasted wonderful. Thanks for the wonderful Idea. I will keep this.

There is a recipe. “— a green tea mixed with a fresh (or frozen) strawberries. It’ll give you energy for warm spring and summer days and believe me, it is nicely refreshing! You can add a bit of sugar or agave nectar to make it a bit sweeter, however it’s not a must, for me it’s good as it is.”. Should I add how many liters of green tea you should boil?
THERE’S NO RECIPE! *THROWS TABLE* AHHHHHHHHHHH!
Yes.
