It’s summer! Forgive me for not writing too much. It’s hot, sunny and beautiful. Just perfect. I did attend vegetarian outdoor workshop this weekend. It was so much fun! Have you ever tried avocado combined with cacao? It makes delicious paste. I love to cook with friends, but cooking with people passionate about food is super cool as well. I also made pancakes with wild elderberry flowers, banana waffles and delicious strawberry sauce. I am sure you like what I wrote 😉
You will need (for 2):
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1 cup mango juice (from can)
- ½ mango (from can)
- 1 pear
- 1 handful strawberries
- small handful fresh mint
Place each ingredient in blender and blend.
Enjoy, Marta
Love the color! And the flavors. Totally perfect for summer – thanks!
Mango and soy… yummy, two of my favourites! Incidentally, it wasn’t until recently that I discovered how freaking delicious soy milk is when hot! Omg, where has it been all my life?!
This shake sounds utterly refreshing! Perfect since we’re in the 90’s here this week!
I would drink this even in our winter :DCheers

Delicious and refreshing!Cheers,Rosa
Summer has arrived without the sunshine here in the UK (read wind, rain and very, very cold) but I’ll happily celebrate anyway with a glass of this gorgeous juice!
Enjoy your summer Marta! I’ll be going to humid and hot Japan tomorrow… from dry nice weather San Francisco. LOL. Wish me luck.
The workshop sounds really fun! Will you share those recipes with us too? Elderberry flower pancakes and strawberry sauce just sounds too good 🙂 And the shake looks delicious too!
perfect for summer!
