Porridge with Salmon and Avocado

You will love this one! It’s porridge, it isn’t sweet and it’s soooooo good, healthy and easy to prepare. 

You will need:

  • porridge
  • hot green tea
  • pinch salt
  • cooked salmon
  • avocado
  • scallions, sliced
  • sesame seeds
  • soy sauce or sesame oil

Start with cooking your porridge on water and add some salt for a taste. Pour hot green tea over it and stir to loosen porridge a little bit. The next step will be to top everything with cooked salmon, diced avocado, scallions. Sprinkle everything with a soy sos and it’s ready.
