Power Muesli

I am about to leave home for a longer time. I need T. to stay fit and full of energy

I am about to leave home for a longer time. I need T. to stay fit and full of energy (it will be difficult without me) and my friend introduced me to a power cereals, so I had to make some for him. It is delicious served with a soy yogurt and fruits and it actually gives you the energy!

You will need:

  • 3 cups whole grain oats
  • 1 cup puffed quinoa
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp raisins

Mix all ingredients, top it off with chopped banana, apple or any fruit you like and have it with soy yogurt.
