Breakfast in a bowl rocks! It may be cereals, granola, fruits or anything. Bowl makes it special, as I love to grab it with my hands and dig out the treasures. Quinoa is not only healthy, but also tasty. You can make all different combinations with fruits or vegetables. The one with mango id simply delicious.
You will need:
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/3 cup warmed soy milk
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- 1 mango, diced
- ¼ cup orange juice
- cinnamon
Place the cooked quinoa (you can check how to cook it over here) in a bowl and mix it with the other ingredients. Tastes the best, when it’s still warm.
