It is a perfect Sunday breakfast when the weather is perfect (just like today) and you don’t feel like spending too much time at home. That’s why today’s post will be very fast. Sorry for not writing too much. I’ll do it next time 🙂 Have a lovely Sunday everyone!
You will need (for 2):
- 2 slices of bread
- 4 eggs
- butter
- chives
- baby salad
- cuckooflower
- 4 sprats
- salt and pepper
Butter slices of bread and put some baby lettuce on it. Fry eggs with shredded chives just like you like it. Place eggs on a bread, than place sprats on top, add some cuckooflower and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Enjoy, Marta

It won’t be that bad. We have all the Christmas lighting around 🙂
Looks great, I’ll have to try something like this when I have a kitchen of my own again!
-
hahaha, I’ll keep your word!
you have beautiful blog and i am loving your photography and styling. following you through facebook
-
thank you so much!
My gosh that looks absolutely beautiful! Would be a fantastic start to the day! 😀
-
Indeed, sandwich may be fun. I like to experiment 🙂
I love the combination rye bread/eggs/fish, but I would save it for a late, lazy breakfast. My Danish husband would love it instead of the usual Italian cornetto (croissant) and cappuccino
-
I hope he will try it one day, hahaha. But I must say that I love your italian breakfast as well.
Very nice and I am loving it. Perfect breakfast and that looks so tempting.
-
scrambled eggs in a bit different version. I love eggs too much to eat it the same way all the time 😉 Thank you for a comment 🙂
I may not be able to eat it but I can certainly appreciate it – perfect for spring :DCheersChoc Chip Uru

What a beautiful dish – such a gourmet breakfast I would enjoy. I have never come across cuckooflowers… and I shall need to find out more about it.

No worries about not writing much. The photos speak for themselves. This is so much healthier than bacon on eggs.

Cuckooflower?! 😀 I had to google that. And about the weather, you know how dark it’s been lately? Expect that until April. :(And love that shot of the green stuff!
