It’s summer, we have all delicious and fresh fruits and vegetables, so it’s time for another green liquid breakfast. I used to be a bit afraid of not totally fruit smoothies or shakes, because I thought it won’t be sweet and tasty enough. Here’s the news – it’s great. I would definitely decide to be a healthy girl, but as a sweet tooth I need sweets to exist 🙂
You will need:
- 2 big handfuls of fresh spinach
- ½ apple
- a few parsley sprigs
- pinch of ginger
- ½ cup milk
- few strawberries
- ½ a banana
You know how to prepare this one, just put everything into the blender and mix 🙂
