Strawberry Pannacotta

Strawberries are almost over, but I’m trying to get out of them as much as possible. This morning we prepared

Strawberries are almost over, but I’m trying to get out of them as much as possible. This morning we prepared pannacotta, for the good beginning of a weekend. 

You will need (for 2):

  • ½ cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1g gelatin
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 4 biscuits, crushed
  • pistachio, shelled and chopped
  • fresh strawberries, cut into small pieces
  • honey

In a saucepan mix together the cream, milk, gelatin and sugar, heat on a medium heat until boiled and put a side. Transfer the mix into into glasses and allow it to cool. When it will achieve a room temperature, move it to a fridge.

Before serving drizzle some honey on a top, sprinkle with crushed lady fingers, add the chopped strawberries, sprinkle with chopped pistachio and drizzle some honey on the end.
