Three Ingredient Banana Pancakes, Which May Easily Be 2 Ingredients Banana Pancakes

When in need of a fast and delicious breakfast

Lately I have learned a lot in “how to save time” subject. It is mostly because there are very interesting things behind our camper’s window or it is so hot (no air-conditioning) inside, that I prefer to spend as little time over there as possible. This is how I made these three ingredients pancakes. Well, you can see them as two ingredients one, if you won’t use agave syrup. Mia asked for pancakes with bananas, so I smashed 2 bananas, added 4 eggs and 1 tablespoon of agave syrup, mixed everything and started to fry. The effect was so delicious, that Tomasz asked me how I did it, because these pancakes are totally different than usual. Mia ate 9 of them, so you can imagine it does work for children.

If you are in need of a fast breakfast, which will be delicious and super kids friendly, this one is for you.

The Recipe

YOU WILL NEED (for 2):

  • 2 bananas
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup (optional)
In a bowl smash with a fork two bananas. Add eggs, agave syrup and mix well.

I fried mine on butter, because I like the flavour, but you can use any other fat you like, like a coconut oil. Fry on goth sides and make the pancakes small, so they are easier to flip.

Enjoy, Marta
