Warm Dried Fruit Salad with Honey Yoghurt

Have you ever had a feeling that you need holidays after a holidays? I do. All I want to do is sleep for a whole day and rest. That’s why I needed something healthy for breakfast. Honey yoghurt with dried fruits fits me well today.

You will need (for 1 portion):

  • 100g assorted dried fruit (apples, apricots, pears, prunes)
  • 1 cinnamon stick, broken in half
  • 10 g flaked almonds, toasted
  • ½ cup of greek yoghurt or soy yoghurt
  • 1 tsp honey

Put the dried fruits and the cinnamon stick on a plate that can fit into a large steamer. Cover the steamer, put it over a saucepan of boiling water and steam for  20 minutes, until the fruits are plump.

Combine the yoghurt with honey by mixing it nicely. To serve put dried fruits on a top and scatter almonds over top.
